We, IPCI Deutschland e.V., are exempt from corporate income tax pursuant to § 5 (1) no. 9 of the German Corporation Tax Act (KStG) and from trade tax pursuant to § 3 no. 6 of the German Trade Tax Act (GewStG) for the last assessment period 2019–2021, according to the notice of exemption issued by the Tax Office Erlangen (tax number 216/109/20397) dated 03 June 2024, due to our support of nature conservation and landscape management (§ 52 (2) sentence 1 no. 8 of the German Fiscal Code – AO).
According to our bylaws, we support the conservation of nature and landscape management.
